That is likely not a surprise to you. For most people the number one thing to eliminate is soda. The average American drinks 746 12 oz. sodas a year. There are now so many other healthier and low sugar options to you. I remember doing a program for Coca Cola about 12 years ago and told them the growth in the future will be in healthier/low sugar options...they thought I was crazy!
