Acid and Alkaline Foods - What are they? Why does it matter?

A basic premise of health when I worked with Tony Robbins all those years is that the vast majority of us will die of preventable diseases. Think about that for a second....too often people chalk up disease to genes or heredity. They play a role, but more important is your lifestyle. If you become a 3%'er and follow the basic guidelines you will drastically increase your ability to build your immune system and avoid preventable diseases.

Every living thing has a pH level - from what I have learned - disease can not exist in an alkaline state. So if that is true how do you get your body in the proper pH balance.
